Meet the Madrid Adventure team
Madrid Adventure was founded in 1999 by Jeremy Hickey and David Coote.
Jeremy Hickey is the company's General Manager, responsible for organising corporate events for private groups looking to organise team building activities, incentive trips, sporting events, themed restaurant nights and transportation in Barcelona and Madrid.
David Coote is the company's Managing Director, responsible for responding to enquiries in English and Spanish, creating customised proposals, liaising with corporate teams and overseeing team building activities in Barcelona and Madrid.
Our company started out as BCN Adventure, an official travel agency registered with the Registre de Turisme de Catalunya with the identification number GC-000001538. However, on 1st April the registration was no longer necessary to operate in Spain's 17 different autonomous communities.
On the request of our corporate clients, we then expanded our services to cover both Barcelona and Madrid.
Due to the nature of our 25+ team building activities requiring specialist guides and supervisors, we regularly rely upon local partners in Madrid to fulfil specific requests.
Both BCN Adventure and Madrid Adventure are trading names of Fiesta Events SL. Our CIF number B64529878 can be verified by performing a Consulta por NIF de entidades jurídicas on the website of Spain's Tax Agency, using an electronic certificate or Clave.

How to book a corporate event with us
The process starts when you get in touch with us.
Many of our corporate clients are clear on their dates, timings and what team building activity they would like to book. After receiving your call, WhatsApp or email enquiry we will follow up within 24 hours with a proposal.
If you're unsure what team building event is best for your team, you can contact us for a consultation. We'll follow up by phone, WhatsApp or email to answer questions or find a suitable time to talk.
In order to secure a booking, we need a pre-payment which should be 50% of the total invoice. The second 50% payment is due one week before the date of the first event.
